The 5 steps

| 1. Log in | KICKO app or app.bana.com.vn | Enter your credentials, complete OTP on first login, pick your business if you manage several. |
| 2. Business profile | Settings > Business Profile | Confirm business name, address, Tax ID (MST) and contact - these print on every e-invoice. |
| 3. Payments | Settings > Payments | Turn on QR (VNPAY) and Cash; optionally run a 1,000 VND test charge. |
| 4. First product | Products > Add Product | Set name, price, category and VAT rate (e.g. Iced Coffee, 25,000, 10%); repeat for top sellers. |
| 5. First sale | POS screen | Tap the product, Checkout, pick a payment method, Complete - the sale is recorded and the e-invoice is filed. |
